FAQ

Do you guarantee specific visit times?

Although we will do our best to accommodate your preference, a specific time is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to maintain a specific schedule in the case of pets in need of medications, medical treatment, or other special needs. Please let us know if your pet needs a strict schedule and we will do our best to meet those needs.

When do I pay for service?

Vacation visits must be paid in full before your departure. Work day visits are billed at the end of the month and due by the 5th of the next month. We accept cash and checks. There is a 3% convenience fee for using a credit card.

What if our travel plans change and we are away longer than expected?

Our primary concern is the safety of your pet. Let us know about any changes in your plans so that we can accommodate the needs of your pet.

Can you administer medication to my pet?

Yes, we can expertly administer medications and treatments, from pills and other oral meds, to subcutaneous fluids (sub-q fluids) and insulin injections.

How does the process work?

The first step is for us to set up a free Meet and Greet. This is a conversation held in your home . We get to meet your pet, answer your questions, and receive information on caring for your pet. You can request a Meet and Greet on our website, send us an email, or give us a call. We will email all the necessary paperwork to you prior to the Meet and Greet.

How long is a visit?

Most visits are 20-30 minutes.

Will my pet have the same pet sitter at every visit?

Most of the time your pet will have the same sitter.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are insured through Pet Sitters Association.
